That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition. y ;~ ;; . :~ ; :~, ;z i ~ .:; Cl-G "1" ~ ~i . -- --__.1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Maheim City Planning Commiasion does heroby erent aubject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which a~e hereby Eound to be a neeess~ry prercquisite to the proposed use of the aubJect property in order to preserve the saEety and genersl aeltare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: , lo That street improvement plans shall be piepared and all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim along Dale Street, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and aaving, drainage facilities, or other appuxtenant work shall be completed as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer~ 2o That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~ per front foot along Dale Street9 for tree planting purposes. 3o That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Pubiic Works, prior to final building inspectiono 4o That Condition Noso 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time that the Building Permit is issued or within a period of lA0 days from date hereof, whichever occurs firsty or such further time as the Commission or City Council may grante 5a That ~ubject property shall be daveloped substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Maheim9 marked Exhibit Noso 1 and 2, provided, however, that the type of inetal siding to be used shall be subject to approval of Development Review and further, that a minimum i0-foot landscaped setback be provided along Dale Street9 except for access drives~ THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed end approved by me this 14th y of January, 1965 0 ~ CHAIRMAN ANAHEiM CITY NNING COMMISSION ATTEST: C~~~ ~?~~~/ SECRETARY ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIIVG COMMTSSION STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) CO~NTY OF ORANGE ) ss.
