IV~W. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that tha Aaeheim City Plaonlna Commi~eion does haeby recommead
to the City Cou~cil of the City of Aaaheim thnt subJect Petition for Redauiflation be appeoved ~nd, by w dolag,
that Tide 18-Zoning of the An~heim Municipel Code be amended to exclude the ~bove deacribed property from the
C-2, General Commercial, Zone on ?arcel No~ 19 and the R-A, Agricultural, Zone on Parcel
Noo 2, and to incorporate said described property into the C-3~ Heavy Commercial, 2one, upon
the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed
use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the citizens of
the City of Anaheim:
