WFIEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did grant Variance
No. 699 in Resolution No. 15ti, Ser.ies 1956-57 on February 18, 1957{ and
WHEREAS, the ~etitioner aequested a temporary directional sign to advertise the
sale of lots and homas in Tract No.. 3067s and
WHEREAS, said sign is no longer in existence.
AAW, TF~REE~RE~ BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City of
Maheim does hereby terminate Variance No. 699 on the basis that the request for the
directional sign is no.longex.nacessary.
