WHEREAS, the City Plaru~ing Commission cf t`-e City of Anaheim did grant Variance
No. R70 in Rasolutiow No. 118, Series 1957-58 on November 18, 1957; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner requested a temporary directional sign to advertise the
sale of lots and homes in Tract No. 2712.
M}~REAS, said sign is no longer in existence.
NOMI, TNFRF~ORE~ BE IT RE9DLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City
of.Anaheim does hereby terminate.Variance No. 870 on the basis that the request for the
directional.sigrb~i&.no-longer.necessary.
