1963, in Resolution No. 589, Series 1962-63, granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 293; and
WF~REA,S, An April 29, .1963, the Planning.Commission granted an additional
180 days.-fo~ the.completion of conditions making the time limitation January 7,
196r1, and whereas on Septembar 17, 1963 ±;a ~ity Council granted an additiamal
9U day extension of time, subject to the reGuirement that tha.improvement bond
filed ia..Beclassification.No. 56-57-49 being.increased to 56,000.00; and
WHFRFJIS, upon ;nforming the petition.er on January 14, 1964, that conditions
a#tached.in the Cc~mmission's granting Conditional Use Permit No. 293 had not been
cr~p?ied with, no reply was receivad, and

NOW. THI-REFORE, BE I? EESOLVFD that the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim does hereby terminate Conditionai Use Permit No. 293, based on the
foregoirag findings.
