BE IT FURiHFA R60LVID that the.Maheim ~f±j Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Maheim that subject petitian for reclassification be approved for C-l, Ganeral Co~ercial, Zona and. by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Maheim Ahm icipal Coda be amended to exclude the above described proparty from the R-A, Agricultural, Zone to the G 1, Ganera~ Commarcial, ZonQ, upon the fclloNiag conditions xhich are hereby found to be a necesaary prerequisiLa to tt-e proposed use of subject proparty in order to pr~serve the safety and general welfare of the citizans cf the City of Maheim. 1. ?hat the owners of subject property sha!1 deed to the City of Maheim a strip of land 60 feet in width~ from the center line of the atroet, along Kat~lla Awaus, for street widening purposes, including 15-foot radius corner returns. 2. That street improvement plans shall be prspared and all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim along Katella Avenue, Manchester Avenue and Mountain Viex Avenue, such as curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other eppurtenant work s~all be completed as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer; or that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to tho City of AQaheim shall b~ postad with thQ City to guarantae th~ installation of. said enginearing requireaer~ts. 3. That the owrwrs of subject p~roperty shall pay to the City of Maheim the sum of 52.00 per. frmt foat along Ka#ella Avan~w, Meu~stws#~ Avan~ aad Mountain Viaa~ Avanwa,. for streat lighting purposes. 4. ihat the.rnmers of subj.ect property shall pay to the City of Maheim the sum of 15~ per front foot along Katrlla A~, Mancheater Av~wut and MouRtaia View Awnue, for tree plantir~g purposes. 5. ?hat trash storage areas shall be provided ia.accordance with approved plans on file with the office..of the Directar of Public Morks, priar to final building incpection. 6.
