Petitloe for Conditional Use Pecmit, upoe the following condiUoas which aee hereby found to be a neeessary prcreqntsite
to the peopoaed uae of the aubject propetty in oeder to preserve the safety ~ad gener~l welfaro oE the Citisens of the
City of Aaehdm:
1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Maheim the sum of 52.00'
per front foot along Broakhurst Street,for street lighting purposes.
2. That the oumers of sub3ect property shall pay to the City of Anahein the sum of 15a
per front foot along Brnokhurst Street, for tree planting purposes.
3. I'hat sidewalks.and driveways shall be installed along Brookhurst Street, as required
by the City.Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the
office of the Citv Engineer.
4. That.trash stosage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on.f ile
with tha office of .the Director of Public Works.
5. Ihat Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the,time
that the Building Permit is issued or with3n a period of 1R0 days from date hereof, whichever
occurs first, ar such further time as the Commission or City Council may grant.
6e That Condition Nos. 3 and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to f inal
builcling inspection.
7. ihat sub~ect property shall be devPloped substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
