to the proposed uae oE the snbject property in order to preserve the satety and generel aelf~re of the Citisens of the
City ot Maheim: , -
1. That the sidewalks and driveways shall be installed along State College Boulevard,
as required by the City Eng ineer ar~d irt accordance: with standard. plans and specif ications on
fiie in the office of the City Engineer.
2. That tfi~ sidewalks shall be installed a:.ong Coffman Street, as required by the City
Eagi~eex ar-d..in accordaFlCe with standard. plans and. specifications: oa.file in the office of the. '
City fingineer.
3. That ~he driveway.depression along Coffman Street shall be removed, as required by the ~

8. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view from abut- k

9. That a six foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the north,.west, and south
property lines of Pareel No. 3, to insure that no commercfal traffic will be utilizing the •
