4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if ~
any, will 1~~ de.tr.imental to the peace, health, safety, and ganeral welf are of the Citizens •
of the City of Anaheim. ~ ~
5. That the petitioner requested that all proceedings on the Conditional Use Permit
be terminated-because considerable adverse public opinion had been expressed. ~
6. That 60 persons appeared, ore of whom presented a petition signed by 1429 persons,
and ihat 18 letters were received in opposition to subject petition. j
