requires that oply one ll~multi-faced free standing sign shall be permitted on subject property
and Se~ion 1B.62eU90(b-5 which prohibits the location of any free-stand~nq sign in the public
right-of-way to pesmft the relocation o€ existing signs in the nltimat~ r.igfit-of-way of
Romneya Drivee
2o ihat although Ro~neya D~ive presently is a private street~ the proposed placing of the
existing sign ~#n the riyht o~-way is hereby denied laased on the f act that an irrevocable offer
of street dedication ha7 been made previously by t~ie petitioner.

of the intersection of Romneya Drive (now a private street) and Euclid Street in order that
the ultimate right-of-way may be constructed when the dedication foz Romneya Drive is accepted
by the City.
