WHERFAS9 the City Council of.the City of Anaheim did estabiish the Northeast Industrial ~
Area boundaries in Resolution of Intent 62R-335;. ar~d. j

WHEREAS, conditions thereto were made a part of reclassification of any properties; ~
and
WHEPPAS, subsequent to the approval of Resolution of Intent 62R-335, the City adopted
a street beautification policy providing for the planting of trees in the parkways, of
yY}~ich a street fee would b2 charged; and
WHEREAS, it is the determination of the Commission that said tree planting in the
parkways of industrial development in the Northeast Indu:,trial Area would be an asset
to ~ur,h development; and
WHFAEASY the City Planning Commission of the City of M aheim did hold a public hearing
~t the City Hall in the City of Mahe.im on February 159 1965, at 2a00 U'clock PoMo, noiice
og said puhlic hearing heving been duly given as required by law end in accordance with
the provisions of the M aheim Municipal Code9 Chapter 18e72, to hear an~i consider evide:ce
for and against said proposed reclas,ifi~ation and to investigate and make findings and
recommendations in connec::-~ therewith.
NQNy TNEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVID that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
Te;,ommend to the City Council o` the City of Anaheim the amendment to Resolution of Intent
62R-335 ann:oving reclassification of property considered in Reclassificdtion Nuo bi-62-b99
by the adciition of the foilowing condition based on the foregoing findingss
"That the owners of pr.cperty encompassed in Reclassification Nc. 61-62-69,
shall pay to the City of Anahe:m a fee in the amount specified by the City •
Council to cover the cost of the planting and maintenance of trees in the ;
parkway fronting said properiy~ where adjacent to an existing or proposed "~
street or highway in the Northeast Industrial Areao" ;
