petition for Coaditlonal Use Pecmit, upon the Eollowing conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary pceroquieite
~o, the proposed use of the subject property in orda to preaerve the setety and generel weltero of the Citlzea of the
City of Anaheim:
1. That the..owners of .sub3ect property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a si.rip of land ~~
32 feet 3n widtk~, from the center.line of the street along Fee Ana Street, for street~widening
P~poses. '
2. That street improvem~t plans shall be prepared and all engineering requirs~~r~s•of the ;
City Df Maheim aiong Richfield Road and Fee Ma Stxeet, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
S~eet grac3ing and paving, dsainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be completed as
requlTed by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file ~
in the office of the City En9ineer; or that a two year bond in an amount and form satisfactory to ;
