NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RFSOLVED thet the Meheim City Planning Commission does hereby graat aubject
Petitlon for Vadence, upon the folloaving conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequiaite to the pro-
posed use oE the subject property in order to preserve the safety and generel welfere oE the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1. That the sidewalks shall be repaired along Lemon Street, as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance vr;th standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the
City Engineere
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director uf Public Workso
3e That the owners of sub~ect property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00
per new dwellin9 units only, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the building pe.rmit is issueda
