A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF, ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING'f~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a vedfied Petitton for Reclesaifica-
tionErom BILL Te ASAWA, 720 South Beach Boiilevard' Anaheim, California, Owner of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenalag Commission did hold e public headng et the Ciry Hall in the City of Aaeheim on

WHEREAS, said Commissioa, eftec due inspectlon, investigetion, a d study made by itself and in ~ts behelf, and
efter due considaetion of all evidence and reports offered at seid headng, oee find and detecmine the fo loaing fecta:
