PC 1964-1965-1564, RESOLUTION N0. 1564. Series 1964-65__.__ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ODMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ~NAITIONAL USE PFRMIT N0. 514 WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on January 2, 1964, did grant in Resolution No. 998, Series 1963-64, Conditional Use Permit No. 514 for the establishing of a new service station on an existing service station site; and WNEREAS, the City planning Cnmmission did initiate, consider at a public hearing and recommend on December 15, 1964 that Reclassification No. 64-65-73 be approved to place the existing service.station into its most appropriate zone; and WHIItEAS, the City Council on February 2, 1965 did approve in Resolution No. 65R-75, Reclassification No. 64-65-73, making Conditior~al Use Permit No. 514 no longer necessary. NOW, THERF.PORE, BE IT RESOLVID that the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim does hereby.terminate Conditional Use Permit No. 514 which granted the establish- ment of a new service station on the basis that Reclassification No: 64-65-~3 superseded any previous zoning use action, and the foregoing findings.
