A RE50LUTION OF THE CITY PI,ANNING GUMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, the.City Planning Comwission granted on September 6, 1955 in resolution
~ No. 30, Series 1955-56 Variance No. 409 for the establishment of a service station
at the southeast corner of Brookhurst Street and Orange Avenue; and
~ NfHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on December 15, 1964 in Resolution No.
'~ 1487, Series 1964-65 recommended to the City Council that G1, General Commercial,
ti Zone be approved in Reclassification No. 64-65-76 for the existing service station
to place the use in its most appropriate zone; and
VYHEREAS, the.City Council of the City of Anaheim did approve C-1, General
Commercial, Zone on February 2, 1965 in Resolution No. 65R-80 under Reclassification
No. 64-65-76; and ~
iN1~1EREAS, since the use established originaily in Variance No. 409 are now
legally established in their most appropriate zone, Variance No. 409 is no longer
necessary.
NO'W, THFRF.FORE~ BE IT RESOLVm that the City Planning Commission does hereby
terminate Variance No. 409, based on the foregoing findings.
THE FUREGOING RESOLUfION is signed and approved by me this 25th day of March,
1965.
