That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of the parcel proposed for reciassification would not generally affect tt~e City's policies in this area. 3. That the existing use was established under the County's ~urisdiction and Conditinnal Use Permit No. 484. 4. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
