Series 1964-65 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNTNG ~IdMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REQOMMENDING TO ?HE CITY ~UNCIL OF THE CTTY OF ANAHQM THAT WNDITION I~U. 6 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2126 BE AMENDED, SAID ORDINANCE RECLASSIFIm CERTAIN PADP~trY FFipM THE R-A KiRICULTURAL, ZONE 1'0 THE C-1 NEIGHBORF~OD ODbWERCIAL, ZONE W1iEREAS, the City Planning.Commission in Resolution.No. 839, Series 1963-64 dated July 22, 1963, recommended that Reclassification No. 63-64-2 be approved for certain real property; and WHFREAS, the City Council on August 27, 1?63, approved in Resolution of Intent No. 63R-712 Reclassification No. 63-64-2 subject to conditions; and WHERFAS, the City Council on l~arch 16, 1965 had final reading of Ordinance No, 2126 reclassifying certain property in Reclassification No. 63-64-2 to the C-1, Generai Commercial, Zoqe; and WHFEE/LS, Conditfon No. 6, of Resolution of I~tent No. 63R-712 stated: "That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and.specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Revision No. 1, "Fachibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3", provided that a minimum 30 foot wide drive is .incorpo- rated into the development to provide access to the rear of subject property." ; and WNEREAS, the Planning Commission on March 29, 1965 in Resolution No. 1569, Series 1964-65 did.approved Conditional Use Permit No. 6~1 for the establishment of an inland marina for the sales, service, repair, reconditioning and parking of boats and associa+,ed marfna accessories, by approving Fxhibit Nos. 1 through 7 for property reclassif ied in Ordinance.No. 2126; and WNEREAS, said exhibits are a substantial change from those originally approved in Reclassification_No. 63-64-2. NQN, THFREEORF,BE IT RESQLVID that the City Planning Comnission of the City of Maheim recominends to the City Council of tha City of Anaheim, that ~rdinance No. 2126 dated IAarch 16, 1965 be amended to incorporate developanent plans marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 7 approved by the Commission in Conditional Use Permit No. 6R1, Resolution No. 1569, Series 1964-65 dated March 29, 1965, rather than those approved in Reclassification No. 63-64-2.
