NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED thet the Aneheim City Planaing Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition fot Conditionel Use Permit, upon the folloaIng conditiona which ero hereby found to be e neceasery precequisite
to the pmposed use oE the subject property In otder to preaecve the saEety end genere! welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~
p'er .fxont. foot .along Vexmont Street, .for .tree planting purposes.
2. That•the ownaxs of subject praperty shall pay to .the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00
per front.faot along Vermont Street, for street lighting purposes.
3. I'hat the sidgwalks.shall be installed-along Vermont Street, as required by the City
8ngineer and.in.accoriiance with standaid plans and specifications on file in the office of
the City Engineer, pxior to final.building inspection.
4..That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the
time that the.huilding permit is issaed or within a period of 180 days.from date hereof,
whichever occurs first, or such further time,as the Commission or City Council may grant.
