That tk~e owners of subject property sha11 pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢ ~ pe~ front foat.along Sequoia Av.enue, for tree planting purposes. ; 2. That the sidewalks and driveways shall be installe~ along Sequoia Avenue, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. ; 3. That the crubs and gut±ers shall be repaired along Seyuoia Avenue, as required by the C.ity Engiaeer and in accoxdance with standard plans and specificat£ons on file in the office of the City Engineer. 4. That trash stoxage.areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file i with the office of the Director of Public Works. 5.
