A BESOLlJTION OF THE CITY PLAtaIING ~hIMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION N0. 4l~5, SFRI6 1962-63 WHICH GRANfm OONDITIONAL USE AERMIT

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim on August 20, 1962 did
grant Conditional Use.Permit No. 269 in Resolution No. 465, Series 1962-63; and
1NHEREAS~ on Dctober 29, 1962, in Resolution No. 522, Series 1962-63, the Commission
clarified the permitted use of subJect property; and
WIiFR&AS, a request was received from the present owners of subject property requesting
that uses permitted.in Resolution No. 522, Series 1962-63 be further clarified to determine
if a Drama Studio Workshop with instruction and live stage productions could be interpreted
as:.a portion of the fine arts building; and
Y~fHFRFAS, the Planning Commission did determine ±hat the use should be considered at
a public hearing in order to cor-sider evidence for and against said request; and
iNHERFI-S, the City Planning.Cortmission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in
the. City of Anaheim on April 26, 1965, at 2s00.0'clock P.Me, notice of said public hearing
hauing been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the
Maheim 16uaicipal.Code, Chapter 18.64 to hear and consider evidence for and against said
proposed additional use, and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in
connection therewith; and
1N1'IEREAS, no evidence was submitted to warrant considering the proposed additional use
as being inccmpatible with the existing uses; and
1NHEREAS, no ane appeared in opposition to the proposed additional useo
.NOW~ THEREI~RE~ BE II' RESOLVED that the City Planning Cortmiission of the City of
Maheim does hereby grant as a permitted use under Conditional Use Permit Noo 289, the
establistunant of s drama_studio workshop with instruction and live stage productions~
