R-A, AgricuTtnral, Zone,,and to incorporate said described property into thg•R-3, Multiple-
Family Reside7Ytia1, Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary
prerequisite to the prcposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general
welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheims
1. That the.owner of subject ~.roperty shall deed to the City of Maheiro a strip of land

purposes.
