WHEREAS, the City Pl~nnin~ Commissioe of the City of M~heim did recelve a ved8ed PeUtion for Vedance
from DR. R0.SS DEAN, 1561 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owner; DAVID Ce MADDOX,
111 North.W~stern Avenu~, Anaheim,.California, Agent, of certain real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange,'State of California, described as that portion of the south
half af the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 15, Township 4 Soath, Range
11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per map recorded in book 51 page il of Miscellaneous
Maps in the office of the county recorder of said county, described as follows: Beginning at
the southeast corner of said south half; thence West 330v00 feet along the South line of said

the waiver.of the minimuln required.distance between the main building and the carport 18
and 20 feet are required,.and 12 feet are proposed, to permit the development of subject
property with a 47 unit multiple f amily residential developmento
