to the City Oo~ncil of the Gty of An~6elm th~t snbJect PetiHon for Reciassi8atlon be appcovad aad, by w doiag,
that Title 1&Zonisg of the Aaaheim Mqaidpal Code be amended to e:dude the ~bova deecribed property from the
R-A, Agricultural, Zone, and to ir.corporate said described property into the R-1, One-Family
Residential, Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary
prerequisite to the proposed use of sub~ect pioperty in order to preserve the safety and
general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim:
