A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY PLANNING COI~IQSSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHF.DM
THAT PETIT[ON FOR CONDITIONAL USE PEF~II'f N0. ~ BE ~-NTED
WHEREAS, the City Planeing Commission of the City of Moheim dld !nitiate a~vEntfied Petition for
Conditianal Use Perm:t on certain real property situated in the City of Anah~im, CouAty of Orange,
State of California~ described as beginning at a point on a line parallel with and d~stant east-
erly 50.00 feet, as measured at right angles, from the centerline of Euclid StrEet~ formerly Garde~
Grove Road, adjoini~g said lot o~l the west, distant 200 feet southerly, as mearstirld at right angle
from tl~e centerline of Ball Roa~, adjoining said lot on the north~ thence easterly para13e1 tosaic
Ball Road centerline, 150 feet~ thence northerly~ parallel to said Euclid Street centerline, 150
feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant southerly 50.00 feet, as measured at right
angles, from said Hall Road cehterline~ thence westerly along said last mentioned paral~el, 135e14
feet, more or less to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave southeasterly and having a radius
of 25.00 feet~ thence southwesterly along said curve, through a central angle of 89°25'40", an arc
distancs of 39.02 fe~t to a point on said first mentioned parallel lines thence southerly 135e14
feet,more or lass to the point of beginning ;and

1. Tfiet the proposed nae la pmperly one for which a CondiUonal Uee Pecmit is euthodzed by thia Code, to wit:
establish an existing service station as a conforming use in the C-1, Generai Commercial,
Zone within 75 feet of R-3, Multiple Family Residential Zoned property.
2. That the granting of the Conditional Use Pe^mit under the conditions imposed, if
any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general we.lfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anaheime
3. That the existing use was established under the jurisdiction of the Countye
4. That no one appeared in opposition to sub~ect petitione
