PETTfION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-116 BE ApPROVED
WHEREAS, the Citp Planning Commiuion of the City oE Anaheim did initiate ~ verified Petition for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheir:, County of Orange,
State of California, described as Lots 78 and 79 of Tract Noe 2402, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 79, pages 37 et seq, of IAiscellaneous A~iaps, records of said Orange County, California
Property amed by: HoNard Cunningham, 10950 Dale Street, Stanton, California.

facts:
1.~~ ~e Planning Commis~ion proposes the reclas~ification of the above desr.ribed
property from the existing R-L, Residential, Zone to establish an existing service station
as a conforming use in the C-1, General Commercial, Zone.
2. That an amendment to the General Plan is deemed unnecPSSary, because the size of the
parcel proposed for :eclassification would not generally affec:t the City': policieo in this
area.
3. That the present use of subject property is a service station within '75 feet of
R•1, zoned property.
a. That the existing use was esiabiished under Yarian~:e No~ 410.
