A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNIIVG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 692 gE GRANTED
WFiEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Meheim did initiate a verified Peti~ion for
Conditional i!!e Permit on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as Lots 78 and 79 of Tract No. 2402, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 79, pages 37 et seq, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, California ;
Property owned bys Howard Cunningham, 10950 Dale Street, Stanton, California.
; and
WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
April 26~ 1965~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., e~tice of said public hearing heving beep duly given es required by
Isw end in accordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and egainst said proposed conditionel use and to investigete end make findinga and recommeadations !n connection
therowith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inapection, investigation, md study made by itaelf and in its behelf,
end efter due consideretion of ell evidence end reports offe~ed at seid hearing, does find end detecmine the following faets:
1. That the ptoposed use is properly one for ahich a Conditional Uae Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish an existing service station as a conforming use in the C••1, General Comme:ciai,
Zone within 75 ieei of R-i, One Famiiy Res.identidi Zoned prope:riy~
2. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any9
will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare'of the Citizens
of the City of Anaheim~
3. That the existing use was established under Va.riance Noa 410e
4e That no one appeared in opposition to sub~ect petitione
