to the Cityr 'Conncil oE the CitY oE Aa~heim tlut subject Petitioa for Reclusi8c~tlon be approved ~nd, by so dolnQ,
thot Tfde 18-Zoniaa oE the An~heim ~Innicipal Code be amended to exclude t6e ~bove desccibed property from the
R-A, Agrfcultural, Zone, and to incorporate said described property into the C-1, General
Comaaercial, Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary
prerequtsite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and
general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheima
le That the o•+mers of subject property shail pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of
$2~00 per front foot along Orange Avenue, for street lighting purposes~
2e That the owners of subject property sha12 pay to the City o£ Anaheim the sum of
15¢ per front fooi along Orange Avenue9 for tree planting pur.pose~~
3~ That trash ~torage areas ahali be provided in acco:dance xith approved plans on
