A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNMG COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDIIIG TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-110 BE APPROVED
W1iHREAS the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did initiate a verified
Petition for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as destribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
referred to herein ~~s though set forth in full

by lew end in eccordence with the provisIona of the MaheIm Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72,to hear and considec evi-
dence for end againet seid propoeed reclessifice!ton and to inventigate end make flndings end recommendetione ia
connection therewith: end
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspectioa, investigetion, and study made by itaelf and in its behelf,
and aEter due consideretion oE all evi~ance end re~wds offered at seid headng, does fiad end determine the following
fects:
1. Thetthe Planning Commission proposes a rQclasstfication of the above described
property from the R-A, Agricultural~ Zo~e to the R-E, Residential Estates, Zone.
2. That t#~e praposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Plan.
3. That tha proposed reclassification of subject property is necessary and~or desirable .
for the orderly and proper.development of the c~mnunity.
4. That the.proposed reclassification of subject property does properly relate to the
zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject property and "~
to.the zones and their permitted uses gpnerally established thraughout the community. ~
5. That the City of Anaheim had established ±he R-E, Zone for the area in which sub~ect `
property is located after annexation had takeo place primarily to assure the property owners ~
in the Peralta Hills area that their properties xrould be retained in a semi-rural atmosphere. ;~.
6. That a representative of the Peralta Hills Homeowners Associstion appeared in favor
and one person appeared in conditional opposition to subject petition.
