A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI'SY OF ANAHEAN
THAT PETITION FOR CONDiTIONAL USE PERMIT N0. bsfi BE GRANTE D
WHEREAS, the Ciry Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did initidte a verified petit?on for
Conditional Use Permit on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to
herein as though set forth ir~ full

WHEREAS, said Commisaion, efter due inspection, inveatlgation, and study made by itself end in Ita behelf,
and efter due consideration of ell evidence and npods offeced et aeid hearina, doea fiad aad detecmine the following faete:
1. That the proposed use is properly one ior ahich e CondlUonal Une Permit is euthorized by thls Code, to wit:
establish an existing service station as a conforming use in the C-1, General Commercial,
Zone within 75 faat ofan R-A residence.
2o That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if
any9 Will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and g~~neral welfare of the
citizens of the City of Anaheime
3o That the existing use was established under Reclassificatian Noe 63-64-7.
4. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
