RESOLUTION N0. 1637, SERIES 1964-65 A RESOLUTION OF THE CiCY PLANNII~G COMMISSION OF THE CI'fY OF ANAHFIM THAT PETTfION FOR CONDTfIONAL USE PERMTf NO. b4Z BE ~~AMED W}~R~AS the City Planning Comnission of the City of Anaheim did initiate a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permit on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as beginning at the intersection of a line parallel with and distant Southerly 50.00 feet, as measured at rlght angles, from the cPnter line of La Palma Avenue, with a line parallel with and distant Westerly 34.75 feet, as measured at right angles, from the center line of Harbor Boulevard, formerly Palm Street, adjoining said land on the EastR thence Southerly along said last mentioned parallsl line, 140 feets thence Westerly at right angles to said Harbor Boulevard center line, 140 feet; thence North- erly at right angles to a point on said first mentioned parallel lineR thence Easterly, parallel with said La Palma Ave~ue center line, 145 feet to the point of beginning Property owned by: Lana Corporation, 200 North Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California, ; end WHEFEAS, the Ciry Planniag Commission did hold a public headng at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on May 10~ 1965~ et 2:00 o'ciock P.M., aotice of s~id public headng hav.ing been duly givea ae required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the ~lnahetm Munidpd Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end considec evidence for end aQainst said proposed coaditlonal use ond to investigate aad make fiadings end recommendations tn connection thecewith; ~nd WHEREAS, said Commission, aftec due inspection, tavestig~tioa, and study made by itself end in its behaif, and aRer due considention oE dl evideece and repotts offered at sdd he~dna, does find and deteimine the following facta: 1.
