Anton, 1016 West Pioneer Drive, Anaheim, California. ; end WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commisaion did hold a public headng at the Ctty Hall in the City oE Aneheim on May 10, 1965, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hear[ng having been duly given es required by laa ead in eccordence with the pmvisiona of the Meheim Munidpal Code, Chaptet 18.64, to hear and conaider evidence for and egainst seid proposed conditional use and to investigete and make flndings and recommendetions in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commiasion, after due inspection, investigation, and etudy made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration oE all evidence and reports offered et seid headng, doea find and dete~mine the foUowing fects: 1. Thet the ptoposed use is properly one for which e Conditionel Uae Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: establish an existing service station as a conforming use in the G1, General Commercial, Zone within 75 feet of a single family residence. 2e Ihat the granting uf thr Coudil.:ona1 Uoe Pcrmit under the ronditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. 3a That the existing use was established under Reclassification No. 61-62-39. 4. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
