That under the authority of Section 18.64.070, waiver of the required 35-foot height x limitation within 150 feet of an R-A, Agricultural, Zone to construct an eleven-story 125 feet in height hotel addition is hereby granted. 6. A ~:. ~ NOM, THEREI~RE, BE IT RESOLVID that the Anaheim Ctiy Planning Cortmission does hereby grant subject petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. 1. That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of M aheim a strip of land 45 feet in width, from the center line of the street, along Cerritos Avenue and West Street, for street widening purposes, which shall include a 15-foot corner radius return. 2. That the oNners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a variahle strip of land, not to exceed 12 feet in width, along Malnut Street, for the soUtherly 175 feet of the fubject property, for street widening purposes to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. 3. That the o~mers of subject property shail pay to the City of M aheim tne sum of 52.00 per front foot along Malnut Street, for street lighting purposes. 4. That the oamers of subject property shail pay t~ the City of Maheim the sum of 15~ per front foot along 7'alnut Street, Cerritos Avenue and West Street, for tree planting µu~poses 5. rhat the sidewalks shall be installed along Cerritos Avenue and West Street, as re- quired by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the officg of the City Engineer. 6. That the curbs and gutters shali be installed along the southerly 175 feet of Walnut Street, as required by the City Engineer and i~1 accordance with standard plans and specifi- cations on file in the office of the City Engineer. 7. That the pavi~g shail be installed along Malnut Street, as required by the City Engineer and in accordan~e with standard plans and specifications on file :n the office of the City Engineer. B. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Mforks. 9. That fire hydrants s~all be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Cnief of the Fire Department. 10. 1haL Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with priar to the time tt~at the Building Permit is issued or within a period of 1R0 days from date hereof, whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Cortmission or City Council may grant. 11. That Gondition Nos. 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building inspection. 12. That subject property snall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and spacifications on file with the City of M aheim, mariced Exhibit Nos. 1 through 7.
