g_p~ Agricultural, Zone, and to incorporate said described property into the C-1, General
Commercial, Zone, upon the follawing condi*ions which are hereby found to be a necessary
prerequisite to the proposed use ~f tne subject property in order to preserve the safety
and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Maheim=
1. That the owner of subject propertY shall pay to the City of Maheim the sum of $2•~
per front foot along Euclid St:ee'c, for street lighting purPoses.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as require~: and determined to be necessary bY
the Chief of the Fire Departmente lied with within a
4. That Condition No. 1, abeve mentioned, shall be comp period of 180
days from the date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grante
5, That Condition Nose 2 and 39 above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building inspection.
6, That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view from abutting
streets, prior to finai buiiding inspectione
