of a motel on the existing apartment development be terminated, based on the fact that the~
petitioaer has never exercised the right of the use.granted, further_Lhat a condition of
approval was the reclassification of sub~ect property to ~he R-A, Agricultural, Zone which was
never completed. ~ •
