by Resolution,No. 638-869, sho~ring the general description and extent of land
usas rithin the City and indicating the preeent belief of the Council as to
poasibla.fut~e dovelopmant and radevelapment of lend rithin the City; and
MttFRF.AS, the City Planning Conmission of the City of Maheim did rec~eive
a verified patition for Conditional Use Parmit No. 716, ~ahich petiLion has
implicatioas on policies. as ~xprossad.on said t3eneral Plan; and
NHFAEAS, 3n conjunction rrith the notice of tt~e hearing on said Conditi~onal
Use Rrmit~ notic~ ras also.given regarding the consideraLion of an emendment
to the (i~herai Plan in the ganeral locat~on and vicinity of subject property
of said Conditioaal Usa.B~rmits and ,
~FIFJtEAS, the City Alanning Commission did hold a public hearing at the
CiLy Hall in ~h~.City af Mahaim on June 21, 1%5, at 2i00 0'clock P.M.,
notica of said public.hsar3ng having baen duly givan as required by law and
in accordance vriti~ the provisions of Lhe . Maheim 1lunicipal Code, to hear and
cons~idax evidence for.aad against said Amendment to the General Plan and
said propoaad Petition for Conditional Use Permit to inveatigate and make
finding~.and r~commendt Loas in connection therewith;and
MHfBEAS, said Commission after due inapection, investigetion, and study
mad~ by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidance

City Plaaniag.Conraiaaion.rocommending to the City Council a change
in the present general description and extent of land uses in the
aforameationad area,- bounded or the Nest by Harbor Soulevard, on
tha ~orth.by Orangewood Avenue, on the east by Dana Street, and
on tha south by Cliffwood Avarwe.
2. That 6xhibit "A" of G~neral Plan Miendment No. 59 doea constitute
an accaptable alternative to current policies as illustrated on
the C»neral Pian.
