dence fur end against seid proposed reclassification end to invPStigate and make Eindings end recommendations in
connection therewith: and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, iiivPStigetion, and study mede by itself and in its behalf,
and efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered et seid hearing, does find and determine the following
