That the owner of sub,~ect property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land six (6) feet tn width, measured at riqht angles to the a11ey, along the northerly pr~perty line for alley widening purpos~s. 2. That the sidewalks and gutters sha1.1 be repaired along Droadway, as required by the City Engineer and in accurdance with standard plaris and specifications on file in t:he offico of the City Engineer. 3. That trash storage areas shall he provided in accordance with approved plans on file with tho office of the Diroctor of Public Works. 4. That tne proposed use of the existing structure shall be in conformance to the uniform Building Code as adopted by the City of Anaheim. 5. That Condition No. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time that the building permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date hereof, Which~ ever.occurs first, or such furtt~er time as the Comrnission or City Council may grant. 6~ That. Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied witli prior to final building inspection. 7. That sub,ject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans end specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
