E~-A+ Agricultural~ 'Lon~?, and tc incorp-~r~~te said described property into t.he C-1, Gr~neral
Conunerci~~.l, Zone, upon the following i:;;ndtt.ions wt~ich are herek~y Found to be a necessary
prereyuisite to lhe proposeci use of sut~ject; property in nrder to ~.~reserve the saf~ty and
