Augu ~ t 30, 1965, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of eald public headng hov{ng bcen duly glven es required by
law ond in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear e~d conside: evidence
for and againat said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make lindings and recommendatlons In connectlon
therewith; and
WHEREAS, sald Commission, after due inspection, investigstlon, and ytudy cnode by itaelt and in its beholt, ond
after due consideretion of ell evidence and reports o(tered at seid heodng, does flnd and determine the following Eocte;
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which • Condltional ,Uae Permit ls authodsed by thla Code, to
wit: utilize the existina residential st.ruct,ures for offices,
2. That the proposrd use will not a3versely aEfect the adjoining land uaea ar-d the erowth and development ot
the area in which it is propoaed to be locwted.
3. That the slze and shepe of the site proposed for the aae is edequate to alloa the full development oE the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticuler aren noc to the peace, health, sefety, end genetal aeltate
of the Citizens of the City oE Maheim.
4. That the grenting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welEore of the Citizens of the Clty ot Anahelm.
