WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold n public heering et the City Hall in the City ot Anehelm on
Augu~ t 30, l 96~ , at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE said public hearing hoving been duly given eg required by
lc~w and in accotdence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipnl code, Ch4pter 18.64, to hear and considar evldence
for and egeinsl snid propoaed conditianQl use And to investigate nnd meke fin~~inqs end recommendntione ln connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after duc inspection, investigatlon, and study mede by itself and in its behelf, end
c~fter due consideretion of ell evidence and reporta offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1, That the proposed use is properly one for which a Canditional .Use Permlt is authorised by this Code, to
wit: establ ish a planned uni t. dravelopment .
2. 'I'hat the proposed use will not advecsely aEfect the edjoining land uses and the gcowth and devetopment of
the area in which it is proposed to be Ir~cated.
3. Thet the size and shepe af the site propoAed for the use is adequAte to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the particuler aree nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will nat be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, end general welfare of the Citizens of the City oE Anaheim.
