WHEI2EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell ln the City of Aneheim on
Auc~tist 30, i965, nt 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public heering heving been duly qiven es required by
law nnd in eccordance with the provision~ of the Anahetm Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and conelder evidence
for end egainst snid proposed reclassification and to investigate and make findinga end recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHERFAS, said C'nmmission, after due lnspection, investlgation, and study made by Itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideration ot all evidence a~d reports uffered et said hearing, does find end determine the following Eects:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassiEication of the above described property from the iZ -l , One-Farni ly
Residential, Lone to the C-0, Commercial Office, ione to establish a doctor's office in an
exisr.iny residentiai struct.ure.
?~ That the proposed reclassification i.s in conjunction with a past. amendment, No. 22,
to the General P1'an.
3- That the proposed reclassification of subject property is necessery and/or desirable (or the orderly and pro-
per development of the community.
~~ That the proposed reclessification of subject property does properly relate to the zones and thelr permitted
uses locAlly established in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally esteb-
lished throughout the community.
5~. That ttie proposed reclassafication of subject property does rer~uire dedication for
and standard impr.ovement of abutting streets because said property does relate to and abut
upon st:eets and highways which are partially improved to carry the type and c~uantity of
traffic., which wili be generated by the permitted uses, in a;;cordance with the circulation
element of the General Plan::
