WHEREAS, the City Planning Commisnicar, did hold a p~iblic hearing at the City He11 in the City of An~+heim on
5e~tember 27, 196`~, et 2:OQ ~'cloc4 P.M., notice of sai~ public hearing having been duly given as required by
lew And in accorc'ance with the provislons at the Anaheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence

therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspactior, investfgation, end study mede by itself end in its be}~elf, and
after due consideretion of e11 evldenr_~e and repocts offered at said hearing, doea find and determine the fnllowing facts:
