1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel .Use Permit is authoris~d 6y this Code, to
wit: permit the saies ind service of beer and ~vine in an existing r•est_+u.•_~nt
2. Thet the propoeed uae will not adversely affect the edjolning land uses and the gtowth ~nd development of
the eres in whlch It is proposed to b~ located.
3. Thet the siEe and ahepe of the site proposed for the uae is edequete to allow the full development oE the
proposed uae in e menner not detrimentel to the penicular aree n~r to the peace, health, sefety, ond general welEaro
of the Citizens of the Clty of Mahaim.
