WHEEtEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt a General Plan by
Re,olutinn Nn. 63R-869, showing tha general descrlpi,ion and extent of land uses
within the City and indicat:ng the prese~t beliPf of the City Council and to possible
future developmer~t and r.edeve~oprnent of land wii:hin the City; and
WHERL•AS, the City f'lanning Commission of tl~e City of Anaheim did receive a
verified Pei:ition for Recl~ssification No. 65-66-52, wt~ict~ petition I~as implications
on policies as expressed on said General Plan; and
WHEREAS, in con,junction with the r~otice of the hearing on said Reclass~ficatio n,
notice was also given regarding the consideration uf an ~mendment to the Gene.ral Pla n
in the general locatian and vicinity oF subject property of said reclasstfication ; and

WFiEkEAS, the City Planni~~g C~~ ,nission did hald a public hearing a•t 1:he City
Hall in the City of Anai~eim un October 25, 1965 at 2:00 0'clock P.M., notice of said
public F~eaiing having been duly given as required by law and in a-cordance with th~
provisions of the Anaheim Municipa.l Code, to hear and consider evider~ce for and
against said Amendment to the Gene.ral Plan and said prnposed Petition for Reclassi-
fication to inve~tigate and make findings and recammendaticns in cunnection therewit hS
and
WHEREAS, said Commission after due inspection, investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf and after due consideratio~ o.` all evidence and reports
offered at said hearing, DO~ti HERE2Y FIND
1. That the present general descri~tlon and extent; of land uses
in the aforementioned area adequ~tely represents past and
ct~rreni City Policies regarding possible future development
of said general area, described a., i~ounded on the south by
J.incoln Avenue, Euclid Street on the east, the northerly
boundary being a line approximately 200 feet north of Lincoln
Avenue, and the westerly boundary being a line approximately
1300 feet west of Fuclid Str~Pt,
2. That no evidence was presented at said hearing which would
justify the City Planning Commis~ion recommending a change
in ±Y~e above-mentioned policies to the City Council .
3. That Exhibit "A" of General Plan Arnendment No. 67 does not
constitute an acceptable altF~rnative to current policies as
illustrated on the Genexal Plan.
