WNEREAS, the City Planning CommisAion of the City of Anahelm did receivc a verlfied Petltion far Condltional
Use Permlt from CliAR[.E5 G. SCHLl:GEi., ET AL, ~33 W~sl 8th SLreet, Santa Ana, California, Lessee
of certain .real property sit.uated in the Clty of Anaheim, County of Ur~,nge, St3te of
Califor.nia, as described .in Exhtblt "A" attache~~ hereto and referx~ed to herein as though
set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning C~mmisaion did hold a public hearing at the City Hell ln the City oE Aneheim on
November 22, 1965, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid publlc hearing hpving been duly given es required by
taw and in eccordance with th~ provlalons of the A~ahelm Municipal code, ChRpter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for end agalnst said proposed conditionc+l use end to inveati.gate end make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspectlon, investigation, and Atudy made by itself end in its behalf, and
after due conalderetion of all evidence ond teports offered at said hearing, does f3nd end determine the following f~cts:
1. That the propoaed us:• Is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: permit on-sale liquor on subject properlyo
' 2. Thet the proposed use will nat adversely affect the edJoining lend uses and the growth and development of
the area i~ which it is proposed to be located,
3. That the stze and shepe of the site proposed for the usc is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in e manner not detrimental to the perticular aree nor to the peace, health, safety, end gene~al welfare
of the Citlzens of the City of Maheim.
4. Thet the granting of the Conditional Use Petmit under the condItions imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, 1~eelth, sefety, end generel welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the service bar located in the ce~~;er of the service and eati.~g area should
be properly screened i~ order not to convert ttie existing restaurant facility into a cocktail.

Petition tor Conditlonel Use permit, upon the tollawing conditlcros whlch are hereby foued to be a neceaea~y~ prerequielte
to the proposed use ot the sub)ect property In order to preer•tve the aatety end general welface of the Citizens of the
City ot Anahelm:
1. That sub,ject property shall be developed substanti.ally in accordance wlth plans and ~
specifications on Fi.le wi~h the City of Anaheim, m3rk2d Exhibit Nos. ~
