That the owners af subject property shall deed tn ttie City of Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet ~n width, from the center line of the street, a 1 ong Ball Road and Anahelm Boulevard, including a 25-foo~ radius corner return at th~ corner f or street widQning purposes. 1. That the owners of sub,ject property sh~11 deed to the City of Anat~eim a strip of land 32 Feet in widtFi, from the center line of the si;reel,, a 1 ong Lemon Street, including a 15-foot radius corner return at Ball Road, For street wldening purposes. 3. That the sidewalks shall be installed along Bal 1 Road and Lemon Stre~t, as required by the City Engineer and in acc~rdance wii:l~ standard plans and specif ications on f ile in the ofFice of ~he City Egnineer. 4. That trash storage areas ~hall be provided in a ccordance with approved plans on file with the off ce of the Director of Pub1lc Works~ 5. That Condit.ion Nos. 3 and 4, above menCioned, shall be cornplied wi~th prior to final building inspection. 6.
