WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission at a~ublic hParlny did grant Conditional
Use Permit No. 734, in Re,olutian Noa 172g, Series 1965-fi6, dated August 16, 1965; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 7 of said r~solution required "1'hat Cunditi.on Nns. 1,
2, 3, and 4, above m~ntioned, shall be complied with within a period of 1R0 days
from date hereoF, or such Purther time as the City Council may yrant" which was
. a clerical error and strould have been prior to the issuance of a building permit
or 180 days whichever occurs fir~~t or such lime as the Commission or City Council

be acquired prior ta the occupancy of said structure, it is deemed necessary that
~ Condition Na. 7 be amended to require that these conditions be complied with prior

' of Anaheim does hereby amend Conditi.on No~ 7 of Resoluiion No. 1729, Series 1965-66
to read as followsy based on the foregoing F3ndings~
; "7~ That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3y and 4, above mentioned, shall be
complied with prior to final building inspection."
