WNEREAS, the City Planning Commissian at a regular public hearing held
SeptembE~r 27, 1965, did grant Variance No. 1736, sub,ject t;o conditions; and
WHEREAS, a portion of Condition No. 4 requl~ed that "A Parcel Map 1:0
record the approved divi.ston of subject property bc submitted to the City of
Anaheim For approval and the;~ be recorded in the office of tfie Orange County
Rec~rder prior t~ 1;f~e issuance of a building permit or within a pertod oF
lA0 days from date, hereof which~var occurs first; and
WHEREAS, all other conditions requiring rompliance prior to the issuance
of a building permit have been completed; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner requested that the filing of a Parcel Map be
made subject to final building inspection, slnce ii: was necessary that con-
struci:ion be cammenced immediately, whereas it would take six to eight weeks
for the filing of said map; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has, by complei;ion of conditions, evidenced his
desire to complete requirements of the aforementioned resolution, and the
request for reli.ef from one condition which would be complied with ber'ore the
issuance of final building inspection seemed reasonable to the Commission.
N~W, TNEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim does hereby amend Condition No, 5, by deletion that Condition
No. 4 be complied with r~rioi• to the issuance of a building permit, based on
the foregoing findingss
BE IT Fl1RTHER RESOLVED that Condi.tion No~ 4 read as follows:
"4. That a Parcel Map to record tt~e approved division of subject property
be submitted to the City of Anaheim for approval and then be recorded
in the office of the Orange County Recorder, prio.r to final building
inspection."
