WHEREAS, the City Plnnning Commissian did hold a publlc hearing At the City Holl in the City of AnAheim on
December 6, 1965, at 2:p0 o'clock P.M., notice of snld public heoring having been duly given as requlred by
lAw end in accordence with the pruvisfons of the Anahelm Municlpal code, Chep~er 18.64, to heat ~nd consider evidence
Eor and egainst seid proposed conditional use and to investigete and make findings and recommendaticns in cunnection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Comniisaion, efter due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behnlf, ond
after due consideretion of all evidence and reports oEfered at said heering, does find and determine the following facts;
1. That the pruposed use is propecly one for which a Conditione~ .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: establish ~j ~e~vi~e st.-~i.icn ~r~it_~iin '-5 fec~t of a residenti~31 zone,
2. That the proposed use will not adversely sffect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. 'Chat the size and shepe ot the site proposed for tf,e use is adequete to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the pc~rticular area nor to the peace, health, safety, end general welfara
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. Thef the granting of the Conditionnl Use pe~mit under the ronditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, end generel welEare oE the Citizens of the City of A~eheim.
